With a career change, he continues to dabble in bikes for fun and as Musette’s night mechanic - keeping nuts and bolts tight, chains lubed, and brakes and gears tuned.
His no BS approach to getting things right might push others’ buttons, but he’s genuine, hard-working, and witty, with a love for working with his hands. Nowadays, give him something with wheels and an engine, add speed, and he’s in his happy place.
